As we almost have no problem to find a few Chinese restaurants in any world major cities, we can say that Chinese culinary arts have been occupying very visible position in Chinese culture. We want to provide basic level of training and knowledge of Chinese culinary arts as a integrated part of culture.

Key Features of these programs:
A. Could be either packaged and tailor-made.

B. Recreational: the process is informative and interesting. Our program provide an opportunity for the casual chefs or hobbyist gourmets to learn Chinese cooking and practice it in the professional environments.

C. Learn by doing: hand on practice in specialized cooking training facilities.

D. Typical participants: the retired, housewives, hobbyist gourmets And the college students.

Structure and Components:
There are two kinds of Chinese Culinary Arts classes:
A. One-week packaged "Culinary Arts Study and Tours" combines Chinese cooking training and practices, the lectures on Chinese culinary arts and tours in Beijing.

B. Tailor-made program: could be arranged as optional class for the students who have registered for our other programs.

Study Plans and Fees:
A. One-week "Culinary Arts Study and Tours"
Cost:
$ 800 per person. It includes:
1. Six nights single room accommodation in students dormitory,
2. Meals during the program,
3. Eight primary cooking training sessions,
4. Three Chinese Culinary Arts lectures,
5. Two days culture tours in Beijing,
6. Airport Transfers.

B. Tailor-made program: could be arranged anytime except for Chinese public holiday.
Fees: $15-25 per training lessen depending on the size of the class.
