1. Apply for admission
First, you should select particular programs and the study plan. If you want to stay in China for less than six months, you should prepare and send us following documents by fax or scanned copy by email:
A. Application Form (please print neatly, using capital letters),
B. A copy of passport (only the page with personal details and passport information),
C. Resume,
D. Signed Terms and Condition Form. If you may stay in China longer than six months, you should send us four passport-size photos by postal mail after sending us above documents.
2. Collect the Letter of Admission (LOA)
Once we received your application files, we will evaluate your qualification and decide whether we could offer you a place in your selected program and schedule. We would send you the letter of admission (LOA) and payment instruction by email or fax soon if our evaluation is positive. The original LOA would be sent to you at same time.
3. Send out the application fee to us
After you receive our LOA by email, you should send us application fee of US$50. The Application fee is non-refundable. The bank will provide you with a receipt to verify payment. You should send a copy of payment receipt to us by fax or email. (see our bank account information at end of this part).
4. Collect JW202 form (visa application form)
Once we receive the fax copy of your bank receipt, we will send you JW202 form that is needed to apply for study visa in Chinese Embassy. Please make a copy for your records before visa application.
5. Apply for study visa
Contact the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country to obtain the visa application Form. Take with you the following documents for visa application:
A. Visa application form,
B. Passport,
C. JW202 Visa Form from us,
D. A copy of the Admission letter,
E. Relevant visa application fee. Contact the Chinese Embassy or Consulate nears you for any updated information.
6. Send your full payment to our account AFTER your visa is approved
Our payment deadline is two weeks before the starting date of your registered program. Please send a copy of your payment to us by fax or scanned email copy after sending out the payment.
7. Prepare for your trip to China
Make your reservation after receiving your visa from Chinese Embassy. Send us your flight details by fax or email two weeks before your actual travel date. Please give us following information: date of arrival, flight number, place of departure.
