Inter - Culture Management Training

MAIN GOALS:
at end of the training, the trainee will:

1.	identify the main differences and problems when they interact with the people from other cultural background.
2.	enhance their ability and capacity to minimize intercultural conflicts and to use intercultural difference to create a positive work atmosphere in China.
3.	develop effective negotiation and communication techniques between foreigner and Chinese businessman, manager and/or worker in work place.

Training Methodology:
1. Highly interactive Lectures

Contents and Subjects:

1.	Major dimensions and characteristics of the cultures and the core of culturally determined social relations.
2.	The social values, ethical values, working styles of Chinese and other cultural groups.
3.	The skills and techniques to enhance intercultural competence in working environments in China.
4.	The skills and techniques to enhance intercultural communication skills.

Following related subjects could be offered either as a part of intercultural management training or as separated sessions: BrainStyles, Holistic Management, Goal Oriented Decision-Making
