Application Process for our study program

For people who are in China already:

1. Select the program
Also contact us to confirm the availability.
2. Registeration
Fill the application form, provide us your brief background information and pay for registration fee. The Application fee is non-refundable unless we have to make adjust for the schedule.
3. Wait for our confirmation
The confirmation should be given at least two weeks before the starting date of registered program. Our evening class and higher level of day time classes (level-two or higher) may be combined or adjusted if the registered number is below our minimum required.
If we have to make modification but you do not like or is not able to make changes, we would fully refund your registration fee. You could receive 10% discount of the tuition when you register for our program next time.


For the people who are outside of China when they want to apply for our programs:

1. Select particular programs
Select the program and session you want to take. Contact us to apply for admission. You should send us application form and your background information.
2. Wait for our conformation
Once we decide to offer you a place in your selected program and schedule. We would send you confirmation and payment instruction by email or fax soon.
3. Send out the application fee to us
You should send us application fee of US$50. The Application fee is non-refundable. The bank will provide you with a receipt to verify payment. You should send a copy of payment receipt to us by fax or email.
4. Visa application
If you plan to stay in China for less than 3 months, it is preferable to apply for tourist visa through travel agency or contact Chinese embassy near you.
If you plan to stay longer than 3 month, contact us directly for the procedure to apply for study visa.
5.

Payment Transfer
After you receive your visa, send your full payment to our account AFTER your visa is approved Our payment deadline is two weeks before the starting date of your registered program. Please send a copy of your payment to us by fax or scanned email copy after sending out the payment.
Sometimes, we accept the payment on arrival. Contact us directly for individual case.

6. Prepare for your trip to China
Make your reservation after receiving your visa from Chinese Embassy. Send us your flight details by fax or email two weeks before your actual travel date. Please give us following information: date of arrival, flight number, place of departure.
