Salisbury University Professor Richard Hoffman visited us in Beijing again at end of April
On April 27, Dr. Richard Hoffman, the professor of Management in the Perdue School of Business of Salisbury University in USA, visited Beijing again. We were pleased to meet him and Mrs. Hoffman. We had Beijing hot pot dinner with them and also arranged some local tours for them.
Since 2005, Global Exchange Center has hosted the study-abroad tours a few times for the faculties and students of Perdue Beijing School in Beijing. Our center provided business orientation and cultural briefing courses for them to further enhance their intercultural understanding. Our center also arranged their Chinese cultural tours in Beijing to combine sightseeing with Chinese cultural knowledge briefing. We received very positive feedback from the professors and students of Perdue Business school for our programs and our services. One group of students from the Nursing Schools of Salisbury University also took our short orientation programs in 2006. The friendship between our center and the people of Salisbury University has been maintaining for years.
This year, Dr. Hoffman stopped over Beijing to visit us again to enjoy the long lasting friendship and emphasize the important of future cooperation with our center.
