Being an intern at Global Exchange Center has several advantages over other possible internship opportunities. While gaining extremely valuable knowledge related to your course of study, you will also gain a tremendous amount of priceless experiences that will help you to grow personally as well as intellectually. Additionally, you will be able to learn about Beijing and China, Chinese people, Chinese culture, Chinese business culture, and, most importantly, you will be able to learn Chinese for FREE.

Our successful candidate will:

Work 15 to 20 hours a week
Meet with the director of the center twice a week
Do market research in fields assigned by the director and support the development of adequate responses (e.g. find a market niche; support the program development through: brainstorming, structuring, implementing, and evaluating; and finally creating and realizing a marketing strategy for the newly developed program)
Maintain public relations networks
Work on a newsletter
Join one of our Chinese courses (he/she will be placed in a course according to his/her respective level of Chinese)
Intern at our center for a minimum duration of 12 weeks.
