The development of Copyright law and trade in China
In China, the Copyright Law came into effect on 1 June 1991. With the approval of the State Council on 30 May 1991, the State Administration of Copyright issued the Implementing Regulations for the Copyright Law of the PRC. The Implementing
Regulations for the Copyright Law also came into effect on 1 June 1991. Meanwhile, the State Council promulgated the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software (the "Computer Software Regulations). At the same time, China became a party to the Berne Convention and the Universal Copyright Convention respectively on 15 and 30 October 1992.
In China, over 250,000 copyrights have been traded through publishing houses nationwide in the past 10 years. 20,000 of which were imported and 5,000 exported. Our services for copyright marketing:
