The procedures to participate in the Junior Summer Camp program:

The parent(s) should read and agree to our Terms, Conditions and Liability Waiver Agreement, and our Cancellation and Refund Policy on the application form, and fill in all needed information on the form. At least one of the parents or legal guardian must sign the agreement. The signed form should be sent to Global Exchange Center in China by either fax (--86 10 8237 2368) or by email ( for scanned copy);

The application deadline is 4 weeks before program commencing date.
If the application is submitted before the application deadline, the $200 per applicant programs deposit should be transferred to us with the application; Balance will be due at application deadline;
If the application is submitted on or after the application deadline, full payment should be transferred to us with the application;

Prepare the proper documents required for entering China, such as the visa to China, and arrange your international trip to Beijing, assure you'll arrive in Beijing on/before the commencing date of the Summer Camp, and inform us as to your arrival date and flight number as early as possible;

Come to Beijing on scheduled date and enjoy a fun, safe and unforgettable summer time in China. |
